Taking Xiping, Fujian as an Example

چکیده
In South Fujian, China, the abundant agricultural resource of tea is under the threat of unsustainable exploitation of soil and water, and the pressure of industry upgrade. This paper takes the development plan of Xiping, a town in South Fujian, as an example to explore the method of sustainable planning in the areas of agricultural resource. The strength of the town as well as the weakness of current development pattern is estimated and the excellent examples are studied. Ecological strategy and systematic industry upgrade are two main themes in the final development plan.
